Eastside Road Storage Project

Sunset over storage pondTown of Windsor has prepared a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) to evaluate a storage facility for recycled water located on a Town-owned 168-acre parcel near the intersection of Eastside Road and Trenton-Healdsburg Road.

The purpose of the Eastside Road Storage Project is to provide additional recycled water storage to meet current and future operational requirements of the Town’s recycled water system. Windsor’s wastewater is highly treated to a tertiary level, including ultraviolet disinfection, and it meets California Title 22 standards. New storage facilities are needed to balance seasonal irrigation demands and limitations on seasonal releases of recycled water to Mark West Creek.
